Fabric

Fabric is the main raw material of ready-made garments. The quality of the garments depends on the fabric quality. So before going to manufacture the garments we have to focus mainly on the fabric manufacturing first.

Two types of fibers are available. 1: Natural fiber , 2: man-made or synthetic.

Final finished fabric comes from three different processes.

1: Yarn Making or spinning process

2: Knitting or weaving process

3: Dyeing, finishing, washing process

Types of Fabric:

Basically fabric is three types.

1: Knit Fabric- Fabric that comes from knitting process called knit fabric

2: Woven Fabric- Fabric that comes from weaving process called woven fabric

3: Non-woven fabric- Non-woven fabric is a fabric-like material made directly from long fibers, They are bonded together by chemical, mechanical, heat process.
